Lake Song: A Legacy of Compassion and Community Since 2006
Nestled on the tranquil shores of Lake Onamia, Lake Song Assisted Living has been a trusted name in senior care since 2006. Our story is one of dedication, family values, and a heartfelt commitment to serving seniors in a way that honors their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
When Lake Song was founded, it was established as a non-profit corporation by The Crosier Fathers and Brothers, Mille Lacs Health System (MLHS), and the Onamia Development Corporation. Over time, the Onamia Development Corporation dissolved, and today, Lake Song is governed by the Crosiers and MLHS, ensuring a deep-rooted commitment to faith-based care and medical excellence.
