Life at Lake Song is filled with opportunities to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. Our Community Events in Onamia, MN are designed to bring residents, families, and staff together in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We host a variety of seasonal celebrations, holiday festivities, themed parties, etc. for both the residents, and for their family and friends to enjoy with us. Our Community Events in Onamia, MN are about more than fun - they’re about creating a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere where every resident feels celebrated and connected.
Samples of Our Regularly Scheduled Events:
- Mon, Wed, & Fri Exercise at 10:30 a.m.
- Mondays – Book Club 1:30 p.m. (local volunteer from the library comes and reads a book to the group)
- Wednesday – Shopping Day – staff will grab a specific grocery or home item or two for residents in need.
- Thursday – Balloon Volleyball 2:00 p.m.
- Friday – BINGO 1:30 p.m. (Tokens are won at BINGO, and once a month a token store is set up where residents can purchase treats, holiday décor items, or personal care items (lotion, deodorant, etc.).
- Sunday – church service in library at 11 am
- Once a month – a joint birthday for everyone celebrating a birthday that month.
- Twice a month – live music/entertainment
- Random group crossword puzzles, games, and holiday themed parties.
