Since opening in 2006, Lake Song Assisted Living has provided a safe and welcoming environment for seniors. Located at 206 North Elm Street, Onamia, MN 56359, our facility is nestled along the scenic shores of Lake Onamia, offering a peaceful, natural setting for residents to enjoy. Our 35-unit facility, including an 8-unit Memory Care section, blends privacy with community life, ensuring that residents feel at home while receiving the care they need. Whether you're enjoying the view from inside, relaxing on the patio, or strolling the walking paths, Lake Song offers a beautiful retreat designed for comfort and safety.

Memory Care Unit

Specialized, secure spaces for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Our Memory Care Unit is designed to meet the unique needs of residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive challenges. This secure, 8-unit section offers 24-hour care and support, with staff specially trained to assist with memory care. In addition to their private living spaces, Memory Care residents have access to a secure courtyard for outdoor activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
